Stephanie Chiodi

Stephanie is the Global Head of Benefits for Moelis & Company, a global independent investment bank headquartered in New York, NY. She has spent 12 years focused on cost-effective and strategically aligned employer-sponsored plans in the US, UK, APAC, and EMEA. She has served on the Board for multiple years as a Co-Chair of Education and Treasurer. Stephanie is focused on creating a value member proposition for chapter members and CEBS students.

Tiffany Duncan

Tiffany K. Duncan, MBA, CEBS, is a strategic benefits leader passionate about engaging others in their well-being and creating equity through employee benefits. She has led HR and Benefits teams for key brands, including Target, Success Academy Charter Schools, and Getir. She previously taught Strategic HR Management and Organizational Behavior as an adjunct professor at Brooklyn College. Tiffany is the current VP of our Chapter and she is excited to build engagement among benefits professionals.

Michelle Randazzo

Michelle is the Total Rewards Retirement Lead for AlixPartners, a leading business management consulting firm. In her 5 years at AlixPartners, she has implemented meaningful changes in their US retirement program. Prior to her role at AlixPartners, she spent 10 years at Skadden & Arps LLP focusing on DC and DB plans with an emphasis on compliance and operations. Michelle earned her CEBS designation in 2018 and has been the Education Director of our Chapter since January 2023.

Gregory Greenfield

Greg is a Healthcare Advocate for Medical Cost Advocate, a leader in healthcare cost reduction and advocacy for clients ranging from insurance carriers, employee benefits consultants, large and middle market employers, associations, and private clients. Greg is an experienced benefits professional with subject matter expertise in healthcare reform, PPACA, Secure Act, Cares, Medicare, COBRA, and more. His creative solutions and entrepreneurial spirit ensure an extensive partnership with his clients.

Randi Weingarten

Randi is a benefits leader with over 30 years of experience in various industries. Her focus is on employee engagement, streamlining processes, and offering a competitive, compliant benefits package. Randi holds a BS in Psychology from Queens College and an MBA from Bernard M. Baruch College. Randi earned her CEBS designation in 1995 and has been an active member of the Board for many years, previously serving as the president of our Chapter.

Treasurer

Viktoria Garber

Viktoria is a Benefits/Total Rewards leader who is passionate about creating a workplace where employees thrive. She has led positive changes in health, welfare, and retirement programs for mid-to-large employers across the USA and Canada. Her expertise lies in compliance, budgeting, and vendor management while fostering a culture of wellness, equity, and engagement.

Viktoria holds a BS from Ithaca College along with the HRM and Total Rewards Certifications from ILR Cornell.
